Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Discord account info — user ID, username, avatar, and email address (via OAuth).
• IP address — logged during authentication and game connections for abuse prevention.
• Payment metadata — if you add a payment method or top up credit, Stripe stores your card details. We only store a Stripe customer ID and payment status, not card numbers.
• Game server data — world saves, server configuration, and connection logs.

Third parties

• Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Google Cloud Platform — infrastructure hosting (Compute Engine, Cloud Storage). Data is stored in the United States.
• Discord — authentication and bot notifications. Subject to Discord's Privacy Policy.
• Mojang — when you add players to a Minecraft whitelist, the usernames you enter are sent to Mojang's public profile API to resolve player UUIDs.

Data retention

We retain your account data and game server saves for as long as your account is active. Game server world data is deleted when a server is permanently removed. Server logs (game output and connection logs) are kept for operational troubleshooting and may be retained after a server is deleted.

To delete your account, email privacy@spawnr.gg. We will remove your personal data within 30 days, except records we are required or permitted to keep: transaction and credit history (for accounting, tax, and payment-dispute purposes) and abuse-prevention records such as signup IP logs (so signup limits remain effective across deleted accounts).

Cookies

We use a single session cookie during the Discord OAuth login flow. No tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party cookies are used.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. For data requests, email privacy@spawnr.gg.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the dashboard or Discord.
