How do my friends connect?
From Palworld's Join Multiplayer → Dedicated Servers menu, connect using the IP address from Discord or the dashboard.
Is this a dedicated server, or shared with other players?
Dedicated. Your world runs on its own server instance — nobody else's world or players share it.
I'm importing a co-op save — will I lose my character?
Importing a single-player or co-op world can drop the host's character on a dedicated server. If that happens, the dashboard walks you through a guided fix to restore it.
What happens when nobody's playing?
The server sleeps and costs nothing. It boots back up the next time someone joins — allow a few minutes for the world to download and start.
How much does it cost?
